CARDIO DRUMMING WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Most sessions are 50-60 minutes and may include a cool-down. Take your equipment and wear comfortable clothing. Water is provided at all indoor sessions. Equipment is available to borrow at Lake Miona and Eisenhower.

Note that drumming leaders have different techniques, music, and routines--take advantage of the variety and enjoy as many as you can fit into your weekly activity schedule!

¹In this variation, drummers use their neighbors' balls on either side and behind in addition to their own; drummers set up in close formation before class and maintain close distance throughout.

These are six-week semesters and are open to residents and the general public. Class size is limited and there is no waiting in line. Pre-registration and fee required. The new catalog for Fall/Winter will be available in mid-September and the next classes will be in October.
